The town of Germering is located in Upper Bavaria, west of Munich, where our company Schlüsseldienst Germering also operates. The city is located on a relatively flat level. The first reliable document mentioning Germering as “Kermaringon” was between 859 and 864. Few know, but in 1422 Germering was destroyed in the Battle of Alling. The village is located at an altitude of 535 m above sea level. This means a population density of 1850 inhabitants / km2. Between 1988 and 2020, the city’s population grew by about 17.5%.
