Selesch Schlüsseldienst Laim

Laim is the 5th district of the Bavarian capital, Munich, where our company Schlüsseldienst Laim also operates. Laim has existed as a city for a long time than Munich itself, but its population only grew with its accession to Munich. Laim is bordered on the north by Neuhausen-Nymphenburg, on the east by Schwanthalerhöhe, on the south-east by Sendling-Westpark, on the south-west by Hadern and on the west by Pasing-Obermenzing.  The Schlüsseldienst Laim is also available here for those who need our services. Originally an independent village, Laim has been around before Munich itself.

Laim is first mentioned in a document between 1047 and 1053 as loco leima. In 1992, when the districts of Munich were reorganized and reduced in number, Laim was merged with the neighbouring Schwanthalerhöhe to form the new 8th Schwanthalerhöhe-Laim district. Our company, Schlüsseldienst Laim, operates in and around all districts of Munich. After persistent public protests, the union disbanded again in 1996. Laim then became independent and the 25th district of Munich. Today, Laim is used almost exclusively as a residential area.

Contrary to common misconceptions, Laim is not the same as the 14th district of Munich, Berg am Laim. Laim is located in the western part of Munich. Laim occupies an area of 5.29 km², 66.1% of which is residential (with associated free space) and 28.3% is transport. These houses are often equipped with poor quality locks. Never forget how important security is! If you have lock problems you can count on Schlüsseldienst Laim for help. Only 0.1% of the operating area. There are 56,729 people living in Laim, and our company, Schlüsseldienst Laim, is available to all 56,729 people who need help.
