Laim is the 5th district of the Bavarian capital, Munich, where our company Schlüsseldienst Laim also operates. Laim has existed as a city for a long time than Munich itself, but its population only grew with its accession to Munich. Laim is bordered on the north by Neuhausen-Nymphenburg, on the east by Schwanthalerhöhe, on the south-east by Sendling-Westpark, on the south-west by Hadern and on the west by Pasing-Obermenzing. Laim then became independent and the 25th district of Munich. Today, Laim is used almost exclusively as a residential area.
